Zoish Irani Controversies
Zoish Irani has been making headlines ever since her mother Simriti Irani claimed in the press meet that her daughter Zoish Irani has nothing to do with a restaurant and bar in Goa. The Union Minster slammed Congress and alleged that they have made false claims against her 18-year-old daughter stating that she is running a bar in Goa.
While Smriti defended her daughter, the internet strongly claims that the former actress is lying and they are showing proof of Zoish being the owner of a restaurant and bar in Goa.
Adding more, the parliamentarian said, “My daughter is studying at the university. She does not run a bar. Please check the paperwork. Where is my daughter’s name? Her fault is that her mother held a press conference against the two Gandhis. My daughter is not a politician and she has a normal life as a student.”
Simriti Irani’s legal notice:
Angry over the issue, Irani even signaled that she will reach out the court to seek answers from the Congress leaders. “I will look for answers in court.” She made it clear that her her staff will ship authorised notices to veteran Congress leaders Jairam Ramesh and Pawan Khera by this night.
Apart from this, the Union Minister also dared Rahul Gandhi to contest 2024 Lok Sabha Elections from Amethi, and claimed that he would lose again.
Earlier, Congress spokesperson Pawan Khera told reporters that there are serious charges of corruption against Irani’s family. Adding more, he said that Irani’s daughter – Zoish Irani – is allegedly running a restaurant in Goa, in which a bar is functioning on a ‘fake license’.
“The license by Smriti Irani’s daughter is in the name of a person who died in May 2021, and the license was taken in June 2022 in Goa. But the person in whose name the license is, had died 13 months ago. This is illegal,” he told reporters.
According to Goa rules, a restaurant can get only one bar license but this restaurant has got two bar licenses, Khera said.
“We demand from the prime minister that Smriti Irani should be immediately sacked as a minister from the Union cabinet. You owe it to this country, to the youth of this country,” he said.
Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will remarry on Thursday in a private ceremony in Chandigarh. Mann, 48, is set to marry Dr Gurpreet Kaur of Sangrur. This will be his second marriage. Various media reports suggest that Mann’s mother has chosen Kaur to be her daughter-in-law.
Here is what we know about Inderpreet Kaur, Mann’s first wife
Inderpreet Kaur is the ex-wife of Punjab’s new Chief Minister, Bhagwant Mann. According to reports, Bhagwant Mann and his wife Kaur split in 2015. Kaur left India after her divorce. Mann and Kaur are the parents of two children, a son and a girl. The son’s name is Dilshan Maan, and the daughter’s name is Seerat Kaur Mann. They are both studying right now.
The cause for the couple’s divorce has not been revealed. Mann was reportedly unable to dedicate enough time to his family after becoming a political figure, resulting in their divorce.
According to a post on Bhagwant Mann’s Facebook page, his divorce was not motivated by personal issues, and he chose Punjab over his family. Mann, who is well-known in Parliament for his oratory, wrote a poem on his Facebook page.
Following Mann’s victory in the Punjab election 2022, Inderpreet Kaur stated in an interview that both of their children have arrived in India and would attend Bhagwant’s swearing-in ceremony at Khatkar Kalan. Previously, the Punjab Chief Minister’s wife, Inderpreet Kaur, campaigned for her husband in the Lok Sabha elections in 2014. She used to campaign for him in Sangrur villages, where Mann was elected as an AAP MP for the first time.

E=mc² is German-born theoretical physicist Albert Einstein’s equation on relativity and probably the greatest scientific discovery in history. Now, after more than a century passed since its publication, a 17-year-old girl from South Kashmir’s Kulgam district has penned down a poetry book on the famous scientific formula.
Bushra Nida, a resident from Kanipura village of Kulgam, has come up with the poetry anthology on Einstein’s equation.
“In the book, I have tried to simplify the formula by giving it a poetic form so that even a layperson can understand it easily,” Bushra, an award-winning author, said.
She said it is the first poetry book written on E=mc². She has even applied to get it registered in the Guinness Book of World Records.
“I have submitted the application and it has been accepted. The committee is now scrutinizing my claim. I am hopeful to get the title on my name,” she said.
This is the third book of the young author. She wrote her first book at the age of fifteen. Her first book ‘Tulips of feelings’ was about her stories of personal loss and ecstasy.
“At the time I wrote my debut book, my father was fighting a deadly disease. so I wrote it to make him feel proud of me,” she said.
Bushra’s second book is based on a periodic table titled ‘The Devy’. The book is about Helium Gas.
Booth the books have received national and international accolades.
“My first book got registered in ‘India Book of Records’ as a soulful poem by a teenager and my second one was registered under ‘Golden Book of World Records’ and ‘Asia Book of Records’,” she said. “Moreover, The Davy has also won the ‘International Kalam Golden Award’.”
Bushra said her third book is also receiving a positive response from the readers.
“I have been shortlisted for an invitation in the Royal Society of London as top three children authors in the world. I was also supposed to receive the Inspire Award Manak 2019 national award, but that got delayed due to COVID-19 pandemic,” she said.
Bushra said she was interested in science right from her childhood and it was her mother who encouraged her to write a rendition about different scientific formulas.
The award-winning author said she has divided her latest book into two parts- Einstein’s life achievements and his E=mc² equation.
“It took me around three months to complete the book. I had to do a lot of research to fully understand the formula and then give it a shape of poetry,” she said.
Currently, studying in 12th class, Bushra said she wants to pursue her career in science only.
“I do not know whether I will do MBBS or something else. But it will be something related to science only,” she added.
