Now, therefore, through the medium of the notice, the
candidates shortlisted for document verification as per Annexure A to C are
advised to attend this office on 01.06.2021 along with the following
documents in original and also bring along self-attested photocopies of all
these documents :
- Hardcopy of the online application form
- Date of Birth Certificate
- Degree/ Diploma certificate
- Marks sheets of all the examinations passed by the candidate during the Degree/Diploma course.
- Valid Reserve Category certificate (if reservation claimed)
- Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
- Any other relevant document.
If any candidate falls within the cut off merit, but his/her name does not figure in the respective shortlist, he/she may approach the Main Office of Govt. Medical College, Srinagar with supporting documents upto 01.06. 2021 and thereafter no claim/objection whatsoever shall be entertained.
Moreover, any candidate having an objection to the marks indicated against the shortlisted candidate(s) in “annexures-A to C ” may also represent up to 01.06. 2021 with sufficient documentary proof.
