In the interest of administration, Mr. Tariq Ahmad Zargar, JKAS, under orders of transfer as Director, Estates, Kashmir, in terms of Government Order No. 1167-JK(GAD) of 2022 dated 11.10.2022,is hereby posted as Secretary in the Department of Rural Development &Panchayati Raj, with immediate effect.
