How to Submit JKBOSE Class 10th Exam Form Online? A Step-by-Step Guide

Submitting the JKBOSE Class 10th Exam Form online is a crucial step for students gearing up for the Session Annual 2024 (Regular). The process might seem daunting at first, but with this comprehensive guide, you’ll breeze through it effortlessly.

Understanding the Notification

Before diving into the online form submission, it’s imperative to thoroughly read the official notification issued by JKBOSE. The notification provides essential details and instructions, setting the groundwork for a smooth application process.

Step 1: Accessing the Online Form

Navigate to the home page and locate the link titled “Online Examination Form for Class 10th Session Annual Regular, 2024, Jammu / Kashmir Division.” Click on it to initiate the process.

Step 2: School Account Login

The examination form can only be filled through the school account. Schools need to open the Office Login window, enter the School ID and Password (provided earlier), to access and complete the examination form/s.

Step 3: Selecting Examination Form10th

Inside the school login, select the “Examination Form10th” option to begin the form-filling process.

Step 4: Entering Registration No.

Fill in the examination form by entering the correct Registration No., which can be accessed by clicking on students under the “Reports” section after selecting the class IX and session 2022-24.

Step 5: Verification and Photo Upload

After entering the Registration number, click “Get Details.” The registered data and candidate’s photograph will be automatically fetched. Upload the candidate’s signature (not exceeding 50KB) and fill in the remaining fields. Double-check all entries, especially the photograph, subjects, and signature, before the final submission of the form.

Step 6: Submission and Principal Approval

Once the examination form is submitted, it will be forwarded to the “Principal Account” of the respective institution for approval.

Step 7: Fee Payment

The prescribed examination fee must be paid through the “Clerk Account” of the institution after the examination form is approved by the Principal. Students are not allowed to pay the fee directly.

Step 8: Eligibility Cases

For Examination Forms of Eligibility Cases of Class 10th, no punching is required. These forms should only be approved from the principal’s dashboard, and the examination fee should be remitted through the pay fee option of the clerk account.

Step 9: Migration Cases

Examination Forms of Migration Cases of Class 10th are not required to be punched. They need to be rejected from Principal Login for uploading the signatures after editing the form in School Login. After uploading the signature, approve the form and pay the fee.

Important Note: No Corrections after Fee Payment

Once the fee has been paid, no corrections are allowed. It is the responsibility of the institution to carefully fill the form and ensure all particulars are accurate before making the payment.
