In a particular admission cycle, facility for fee exemption available to SC/ST students can be claimed for one programme only. If an applicant submits more than one application claiming fee exemption, all the applications shall be rejected.

Objectives: The Bachelors of Arts programme is a broad based programme with a mix of disciplinary, interdisciplinary and skill based courses.

Bachelor of Commerce (BCOMG)

The University offers Bachelor of Commerce Degree

Eligibility: 10+2 or its equivalent

Bachelor of Science (BSCG)

The University offers Bachelor’s Degree in Science in the following Disciplines:

IGNOU Bachelor of Science (BScG) Full details

Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)

The basic objective of the programme is to open a channel of admission for computing courses for students, who have done the 10+2 and are interested in taking computing/IT as a career.

Bachelor of Library and Information Sciences

  • Eligibility: Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks and 45% for General and for the SC/ST/OBC/PH category respectively. OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree with Diploma (one year) in Library Science. OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of working experience in Library and Information Centre

Bachelor of Arts (Tourism Studies) BTS

BTS is a 3-year Degree Programme. The programme is of 96 credits. The BTS Programme is designed for those students who are interested in pursuing a career in travel and tourism sector at different level.

Eligibility: 10+2 or its equivalent
Medium of Instruction: English & Hindi
Duration: Minimum 3 years and Maximum 6 years; offered in both January & July cycle of admissions

Bachelor of Social Work (BSWG)

The Bachelor Degree Programme in Social Work (BSWG) is meant for people who are interested in providing professional assistance to people in need.

Eligibility: 10+2 or its equivalent
Medium of Instruction: English & Hindi

      • Sir aap log na study material diye ho na kuch admission 3 September 2021 me ho gya na assignment ka koi pta h sir ap logo ki responsibility hai aap msg kro call krna chahiye emails bhejna chahiye students ko sari information Deni chahiye but aisa kuch nhi hota h call kro to koi call recive nhi krta sir kuch kijiye please

      • worst experience with ignou ,,having completed my MA in 2015 still not awarded degree…sometimes assignment marks not updated sometimes other issues …assignment marks updation sometimes takes 5 years….quite bad..
        Evaluation process quite disappointing…below average and above average students get equal rewards …what a wonderful system

  18. Sir I took admission in October 2021 but m not getting any details for classes ….I dint got admission in collage that’s y I took admission in ignou but stell classes r not open n no details for classes …..I did mail but I dint got any reply
