IGNOU Phd Result 2023: National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the IGNOU PhD entrance exam for admission to PhD courses offered by Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) on 8th Jan 2023. Now NTA will soon announce IGNOU P.hd Result 2023. Prior to the release of the result, answer keys and candidates’ responses have been uploaded online. The result of the entrance exam is now uploaded on the NTA website soon. The testing authority will not issue any physical scorecard to candidates.
IGNOU Phd Result 2023
Each candidate will be provided with a scorecard and to qualify for the exam they have to secure the minimum qualifying marks fixed by the authority. The result will be uploaded on the NTA portal and those waiting for it can download it using application no. and password. The decision of the concerned authority regarding the result shall be final. There is no provision for revaluation or rechecking of answer scripts. The record of IGNOU) PhD. 2023 will be retained up to 90 days from the publication of the result.

IGNOU PHD Answer Keys & Responses
Prior to the release of the result, the concerned authority displayed the recorded responses of the candidates and answer keys. These responses will be displayed for 2 to 3 days on the official website of NTA IGNOU PhD. Candidates having any grievance related to any of the keys will be given a chance to raise objections. Once these challenges will be accepted and evaluated, the concerned committee will prepare the final keys. Based on the final answer keys, the entrance test result will be released.

IGNOU PhD Minimum Qualifying Marks
To pass the entrance test and qualify for the next selection round, candidates have to secure the minimum qualifying marks fixed by the admission authority for each category. Check the category-wise qualifying marks details shared in the table below-

The result will be uploaded on NTA and by following the given steps, candidates can download the same-
- Step 1- Open the official website of NTA IGNOU- ignou.nta.ac.in.
- Step 2- Click on PhD 2023 Result link.
- Step 3- The result search page will open. Enter the Application No and password/ Date of Birth in the space provided. Click on submit button.
- Step 4- Finally, the IGNOU PhD result will open. Check the details.
- Step 5- Download the score for your reference.

Post Result Selection Process
The selection of the students for admission to the PhD program will be based on entrance test scores and interviews. Candidates qualifying the entrance test will be called interviews. The schedule and location of the interview shall be communicated in due course. At the time of the interview for final selection, candidates have to be present with all the original documents. On the basis of the interview, candidates will be selected and granted admission.
