Jammu Kashmir Railway Police Recruitment 2022: Applications as per enclosed format are hereby invited from the eligible candidates (both male and female) of UT Jammu and Kashmir for filling up 45, 32 and 01 posts of Special Police Officers (SPOs) in Government Railway Police Jammu, Government Railway Police Kashmir and Government Railways Police Katra respectively.

Qualification: The candidate should have passed the matriculation examination or equivalent from a Government recognized institute before the last date of submission of the application form.
Age: The candidate should not be below 18 years and more than 28 years in age as on 01.01.2022
Physical standards:
1. Male candidates:
Minimum Height= 5′-6″
Chest=32″(un-expanded), 33 1/2″ (expanded)
2. Female candidates:
Minimum Height= 5′-2″
Physical Endurance Test (PET):
1. Race:
– Male candidates: 1600 Meters Race in 06 Minutes and 15 seconds.
– Female candidates: 1000 Meters Race in 06 minutes and 15 seconds.
2. Push Ups: For male candidates only. 20 (One cycle of up and down to be counted as one)
Where to apply for Railway Police Recruitment 2022:
The application must be submitted as per the enclosed proforma along with self-certified copies of the following documents and photographs:
i. Matriculation certificate as proof of date of birth
ii. Educational qualification certificate
iii. Domicile certificate
iv. Recent passport-size color photographs
Application forms duly completed in all respects may be submitted in the office of Sr Superintendent of Police, GRP Jammu and Sr Superintendent of Police, GRP Kashmir on any working days between 1000hrs to 1600 hrs by or before the last date of submission of application forms viz 30-08-2022.
Schedule for physical measurements and physical endurance tests would be notified separately by the concerned boards.
