Srinagar: Sanction is hereby accorded to the constitution of Irrigation Scheduling Committee, comprising the following, for devising irrigation scheduling calendar for facilitating farmers at relevant times in the sowing season as per the needs of different cropping patterns for rabi and kharief crops in the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir:-
