Consequent upon completion of second round of upgradation/allotment counseling for MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses 2022 alongwith HM & NRI quota seats in private College ASCOMS Jammu on 13.11.2022, it is hereby notified that the Board shall conduct the Mop up round for these courses as per the following schedule for filling up of unfilled seats and the seats that remained vacant due to non-joining and resignation of candidates and was received as short fall from various Medical Colleges/ Institutions:-

The eligible and willing candidates have to report in the BOPEE office Jammu / Srinagar for registration and fulfillment of all formalities, from 8:30 am upto10:00 am on the day and date of counseling. It is further notified that the candidates may go through the Notification carefully as only the following candidates shall be eligible to participate in the mop up round of counseling and in case of non-fulfillment of the conditions mentioned herein below such candidate(s) are debarred / not allowed to participate in mop up round.
