- Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery. OR
- B.Sc. Nursing by any Recognized Institute Approved by Nursing Council of the State / GOI.
- Registration from U.P. State Nursing Council at the Time of Online Submission of Applicant.

- Minimum Age Limit – 18 Years
- Maximum Age Limit – 40 Years

- 03 Years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer)
- 05 Years for SC / ST
