Tariq Ahmad Khan, a teacher hailing from south Kashmir’s Pulwama district received ‘National Education Brilliance Award(NEBA)’ an award that recognizes brilliance in the education sector.

The award was given to him in recognition for his contribution as an academician and a school teacher.

National Education Brilliance Award(NEBA) is the most promising award that recognizes excellence in the education sector. NEBA education awards in India aim at acknowledging success, recognizing contributions, appreciating efforts, and celebrating the growth of the contributors as the education industry in India plays the role of a major contributor to the economic development of the nation.

Tariq Ahmad Khan who teaches in a government run school in his home town Pulwama is known for his enthusiasm for teaching and inculcating innovative ideas and techniques to teach students especially at the primary level.

Soon after Tariq Ahmad Khan was nominated for the coverted award, congratulatory messages started pouring in from all corners.
