It is notified for information of all concerned that in pursuance to the University Grants Commission (UGC) guidelines and implementation of National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the admission to various Under-Graduate (UG) Programmes being offered through affiliated colleges of the University of Kashmir from the current session i.e. 2023 shall be made on the basis of score/merit obtained in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) to be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

As per NTA notification for the Academic Session 2023 , CUET-UG will be a Computer Based Test (CBT) as per the following schedule given in the Table given above.

Eligibility:

  • Candidates having passed the qualifying examination (10+2) with required eligibility as depicted against each programme shall be eligible to apply.
  • Candidates whose 10+2 examination is scheduled to be conducted during March-April, 2023 are also eligible to apply for CUET-UG (2023). However, they shall be granted admission to a programme only after acquiring the requisite eligibility .

Since there is no Regulatory Body for Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) Course in Government of India / UT of J&K, but the Degrees to the candidates are being issued by the University of Jammu and University of Kashmir respectively after completion of the course successfully and in order to fill up maximum number of BPT seats in these Institutions, it is accordingly notified that the Board has decided to reduce the cut-off score for BPT-Course as under:-

UTET Answer Key 2022: The UTET Answer Key 2022 has been released by the Uttarakhand Board of Secondary Education on Sunday. The candidates who want to check the answer key can visit the official website of the board i.e. ubse.uk.gov.in.

CAT 2022 Registration Last Date: The Indian Institutes of Management (IIM) Bangalore on Wednesday extended the registration process for the Common Admission Test (CAT 2022). Now, the last date to submit the CAT 2022 application form is September 21, 2022. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of CAT at iimcat.ac.in. This year, CAT 2022 examination will be held on November 27. The admit card for the same will be released on October 07. The CAT 2022 examination will be held in three sessions.

CAT Registration Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disability (PwD) categories], awarded by any University or educational institution as incorporated by an Act of Parliament or State legislature in India or declared to be deemed as an University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
  • Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply. However, it may be noted that such candidates, if selected, will be allowed to join the programme provisionally, only if they submit a certificate from the Principal/Registrar of their University/Institution (issued on or before the date as stipulated by the respective IIM) stating that they have completed all the requirements for obtaining the Bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification on the date of issue of the certificate.

How to Fill CAT 2022 Application Form?

  • Go to the official website iimcat.ac.in
  • On the homepage, click on, “New Candidate Registration.”
  • If you are a new user, then register yourself on the portal by providing the name of the candidate, date of birth, email id, and mobile number.
  • Once registered, log in again using the system-generated ID and password.
  • Fill up the CAT 2022 Application Form by providing the correct details such as name, address, academic qualification, and other details.
  • Upload the scanned documents.
  • You will be required to pay the application fee.
  • Submit the CAT 2022 application form and take a printout of the same for future reference.

It is to be noted that a candidate needs to pay the registration fees only once, irrespective of the number of institutes he/she is applying for. Fees once paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

JEECUP Counselling 2022: Joint Entrance Examination Council Uttar Pradesh, JEECUP 2022 Counselling Round 2 registration have started today. New Delhi: For all the anxious students out there, the Delhi University is expected to share information and details regarding the admission into the undergraduate courses in its colleges soon as the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) exam that was made mandatory this year is over now. The sixth and final phase of CUET – Undergraduate (UG) was completed on August 30.

The Delhi University has asked the students keen to seek admission to keep marksheet and certificates ready and up-to-date by September 11 as the process of preparation for the admissions has started.

The results of CUET exams are likely to declared a few days after September 11. Keeping that in mind, DU would share information regarding admissions on September 12.

CUET-UG Results 2022: 5 more points to know

  • According to University Grants Commission (UGC) chairman M. Jagadeesh Kumar, the results of CUET exams are expected to be announced by September 15, or even a day or two before that date.
  • The process of completion of admission may take around three-four weeks even after declaration of CUET-UG results as several cut off lists are likely to be issued.
  • This time, on the basis of CUET-UG exam results, the universities and colleges would prepare the cut-off list on whose basis the students would be provided admission.
  • The new session of the first year in universities might begin from October.
  • According to Jagadesh Kumar, a total of 14.90 lakh students had registered themselves for the CUET-UG examination in all six stages.
