Educational Qualifications:

  • Should possess Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries Science from a recognized University / Institution OR
  • Should possess Bachelor’s degree in Science with Zoology from a recognized university or institution as one of the subjects, having a diploma in Inland fisheries from a recognized Institution.

Knowledge of Punjabi Language

No person shall be appointed to any
post in any service by direct appointment unless he has passed
Matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the compulsory or
elective subjects or any other equivalent examination in the Punjabi language
which may be specified by the Government from time to time.
