Dr Mehreen Qazi Wife to be and Fiancé of IAS officer Athar Amir Khan made Ather to Sign a contract/demands during their engagement ceremony.
Athar is going to marry for the second time, as he was first married to the UPSC IAS topper Tina Dabi, Last year both of them parted away from each others lives, where as Tina married Dr Pradeep Gawande(a 2013 batch IAS officer of Rajasthan Cadre).
Although their separation reasons are still unknown, though many netizens predicted that their religious beliefs came in between.

Mehreen is A resident of Umar Colony Lal Bazar, Dr Mehreen works in a Delhi-based hospital. Besides being a medical practioner, she is involved in the fashion industry and promotes women-related brands. She has more than 200 thousand followers on Instagram. The couple got engaged in June and are slated to marry this October.
Athar was earlier married to the fellow batchmate IAS officer Tina Dabi, topper of the 2015 batch. They got married on April 7, 2018.
The two toppers met in Mussoorie, where they were taking IAS training. However, the much-celebrated wedding did not last long. Khan and Dabi got divorced on August 10, 2021.
In April this year, Tina Dabi and Dr Pradeep Gawande tied the knot in a private ceremony in Rajasthan’s Jaipur. Dabi, an officer from the 2016 Rajasthan cadre, and Gawande, from the 2013 cadre, are currently posted in Jaipur.
