JKBOPEE Counselling for FMPHW/MMPHW Courses 2022, Check Schedule

JKBOPEE has observed that only 6567 candidates have applied against 8570 Seats of FMPHW/MMPHW and in view of lesser number of application forms, the Board has decided that the selection of candidates shall be made on the basis of marks scored by these candidates in their qualifying examination, i.e. Matriculation. Therefore, the provisional merit list (PML) of candidates prepared by the Board is annexed as Annexure-A to this notification which shall be now operated for conduct of Physical round of Counselling for the said courses which shall be held from 18.07.2022 to 01.08.2022 at JK BOPEE office Jammu and Srinagar simultaneously. The date/rank wise schedule of physical counselling is given hereunder:

JKBOPEE FMPHW/MMPHW Admission Notification

  • The Board shall conduct the physical Counselling for filling up of available seats in all Govt./Private Institutions of UT of J&K and UT of Ladakh as per the schedule given above simultaneously at BOPEE offices Jammu/Srinagar through Video Conferencing.
  • Candidates shall have to report to the BOPEE offices Jammu/Srinagar physically for registration/attendance & fulfillment of other formalities between  08:30 A.M. 10:30

A.M. on the respective dates of counseling as per their Ranks alongwith all relevant documents.

  • The allotment of seats (discipline/institution) shall be made in pursuance of S.O. 127 Dated 20-04-2020, S.O 69 of 2020 & S.O 249 of 2021 respectively.
    • Seats shall be allotted to the candidates as per their merit, preferences   and availability of seats at their turn of counseling.
    • A candidate who misses his/her counselling on a particular (designated) day is allowed by the Board to participate in the counselling in the next day(s) provided that he/she does not stake any claim on a seat which has been allotted to a candidate next in merit (to such candidate) on the ground that the candidate could not participate in the physical round of counselling earlier when the seat was available, irrespective of his/her high merit.
    • The Board reserves the right to notify such changes (or any other change) as may become necessary in view of any technical difficulty or the reasons beyond its control.
    • The counselling of such candidates whose results have not been declared till date shall be held during any round of counselling. If results be declared before start of counselling these candidates are advised to submit their marks card well before start of counseling physically at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar, so that they shall be included in the counseling process on the basis of their merit after the allotment of sub ranks to them.

Important Note:

  • Seat matrix shall be uploaded separately in due course of time before counselling.
  • The candidates in their own interest are advised to remain in touch with the official web site of the Board i.e. www.jkbopee.gov.in to remain informed about the Counselling Process and seat matrix on daily basis.
    • Any candidate who may not be able to attend counselling physically owing to a valid reason can authorize a person (through an Authority Letter- on prescribed format) from his/her family member to participate in the counselling on his/her behalf at BOPEE offices Jammu/Srinagar on day/date of counselling as per his/her Rank.
    • Seats under CDP category, if any, shall be allotted during second round or later on subject to outcome of decision of Hon’ble High Court of UT of J&K & Ladakh against WP (c) No. 776/2022. & S.O 249 of 2021 respectively.
    • Seats shall be allotted to the candidates as per their merit, preferences   and availability of seats at their turn of counseling.

All participating candidates are advised to bring following documents in original during their day/date of counseling for verification:

  1. Domicile Certificate
  2. Marks Card of 10th class (whose result is declared).
  3. Copy of category certificate, wherever applicable.
  4. Certificate of Physically challenged category, wherever applicable.
