What’s in the Selection List?
The selection list, as per Annexure-A to Notification No.004-BOPEE of 2024, is accessible on the Board’s website, www.jkbopee.gov.in. This list includes candidates who participated in the counseling and have been provisionally selected for admission in their respective courses.
Important Dates to Remember
Selected candidates need to report to SKIMS Soura, Srinagar, by 25.01.2024, until 04.00 p.m., with the following documents in original:
- Domicile Certificate of J&K/UT of Ladakh
- Marks Card of the requisite Courses
- Degree Certificate
- Date of Birth document (10th class marks card/Diploma)
- Experience/Work Certificate (wherever required)
- Valid Reserved Category Certificate, if applicable
- Any other document/Certificate as required by the Admission Authorities

Important Notes
- Conversion of Reserved Category Seats: As per Section 9(2) of the J&K Reservation Act 2004, 11 seats available in various Reserved Categories were converted to Open Merit due to non-availability of eligible candidates in the respective Reserved Categories. These seats were allotted based on merit/preference Course wise as per SKIMS eligibility.
- Cancellation of Admission: The admission is purely provisional and may be canceled if any furnished information is found false/fabricated. Legal action will be initiated against such candidates.
- Verification Responsibility: The Management of SKIMS is implored to ensure the veracity of documents, especially Category Certificates for admissions granted under Reserved Categories.
- Institutional Procedure: Head of the Institution should download the notification along with Annexure-A from the official website for reference and record. Any shortfalls should be communicated to the Board by 25.01.2024, till 05.00 p.m.
