In continuation to this Office circular No. SPMC/SPMC/GMC/5666-5674 Dated 03/02/2023, It is hereby notified for the information of all Principals of Government / Private Paramedical & Nursing Institutions affiliated with Jammu and Kashmir Paramedical/Nursing Council that till the counseling session for admission for various Paramedical & Nursing Courses through Board of Professional Entrance Examination (BOPEE) is concluded, every institution shall refund the entire fee deposited towards the said institution by the candidate at the time of admission, if he/she upgrades from One College to another, and from one course to another as already instructed through previous circulars.
